Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from YourBoyJun, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Final Sale Items: Products labeled as “3D Printed and/or Custom Order” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Seasonal Surcharges: Any seasonal surcharges included in your order’s delivery total are non-refundable.
- Personalized Products: Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
- Face Covers: Due to safety reasons, face covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
- The package must be physically shipped from within the United States.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Apparel must have the original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.
- Accessories must include all parts of the original packaging.
Note: We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from retailers other than YourBoyJun. Please return those items directly to the original retailer.
How to Return Your Order for a Refund or Exchange
For YourBoyJun Customers:
- Visit our Online Returns Portal within 30 days of receipt.
- Select the order you wish to return and specify whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
- Choose the product(s) to return, indicate the reason for return, and select the preferred refund method.
- For exchanges, specify the new product details (size, color, etc.).
- Follow the provided instructions to generate and print your return label.
Easy Return Instructions
- Print the return label provided. No printer? Save the return USPS QR code on your mobile device.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original box, if possible.
- Seal the box and affix the return label over the original shipping label.
- Drop off your package at any USPS return drop-off location. Find locations here.
We will process your return within 21 business days from the date our facility receives it. All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection before a refund is approved.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
