  • 3D Printed Products: Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for 3D printed products.
  • Custom Order Products: Products that are customized or made-to-order based on your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

5. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with restocking and processing the return.
