What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser. Some cookies are necessary for account access, security, shopping carts, and protected client workflows. Other technologies can be used for analytics or marketing. YourBoyJun does not intentionally load optional advertising or behavioral-marketing cookies through YBJ Platform Core in this release.

Disabling essential cookies may prevent features such as login, cart persistence, protected agreement verification, or checkout from working correctly.

Information you choose to give us

Sales funnel & contact

Name, email address, company/brand, optional phone number, website or social profile, project goal, requested services, readiness, budget range, timeline, and the project context you submit.

Partnership requests

Selected services and options, pricing or quote details, contact/company information, service schedule, notes, and the status of the request.

Client accounts

Account identity and contact information, partnership status, schedule information, invoices, agreements, order history, service pauses, and related client-portal records.

Agreements & security

Signer identity, electronic signature, consent record, signature timestamps, verification events, agreement/invoice identifiers, revision information, sealed document hash, and security/audit information needed to protect the transaction.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. YourBoyJun stores operational identifiers and status information needed to reconcile the transaction—such as Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, payment, and invoice identifiers—but YBJ Platform Core does not store your full payment-card number.

When you continue to Stripe’s payment experience, Stripe may use its own cookies and similar technologies for payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, security, analytics related to its services, and optional Link functionality.

Embedded video & third-party services

YourBoyJun uses YouTube video embeds for portfolio and production content. The YBJ theme uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain where supported. Loading or interacting with third-party content can still disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, page context, and interaction information to that provider.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Stripe, or other external services take you to those providers, whose own privacy and cookie practices apply.

Analytics & marketing cookies

YBJ Platform Core does not currently require Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or another cross-site advertising tracker to operate the website. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this policy should be updated and the appropriate consent controls should be enabled before those technologies are treated as optional tracking.

YBJ may record first-party operational events—such as a partnership request being created, an agreement being signed, an invoice being paid, or an account being activated—because those records are necessary to operate the service and maintain an audit trail.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent account login, secure-document verification, cart persistence, or checkout from working. At this time, YBJ Platform Core does not set an optional analytics/advertising preference cookie because optional YBJ marketing trackers are not enabled by this release.
